The Collaps of The Big Cheif J

When I was working in B company, Big Chief J was very powerful MAN in Civil department.
To the most suprise, J was force to resign from company B lately, his domination of the B Civil department turned into an end.
J would never imagine that this day would come to him and not less it came so fast.
What happened to this changing world? It runs well as it should be.
